How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Most our machine mechanical parts are processed by ourselves. So we can better control our quality from beginning. Electrical Part we had cooperated with good foreign brand, such as Siemens, Panasonic, Mitsubishi, SMC etc. And all our machine will do running test before shipping.
What is your warranty policy?
We provide One-year warranty and lifelong service. We maintain a stock of spare parts so that our customers can obtain spares within the shortest time. During guarantee period, the cost of spare parts should be borne by the seller, but the freight for delivery of spare parts will be on the buyer’s account.
What about the lead time?
It usually takes about 25-30 days; If it has stock, the lead time would be 10 days.

Where are we Located? Our factory is located in Tangxia Industrial Zone, Rui'an City, Zhejiang Province, China. Our local airport is Wenzhou Longwan Airport. The nearest international airport is Shanghai Pudong Airport. From Shanghai to Wenzhou by air about 40min.Our local high speed train station is Wenzhou South Station. From Shanghai Hongqiao station to Wenzhou South station is about 3.5 hours. We will pick you up from train station or airport in time.
